Project Overview
The Thompson family came to us with a plot of land and a clear vision: a warm, contemporary home that would serve three generations. We handled the full journey — architectural drawings, structural and electrical design, and construction — delivering a home built entirely from the family's own idea.
The Client's Goal
Build a comfortable, future-proof family home from scratch on an empty lot, with clean modern lines and plenty of natural light.
Our Design Solution
We designed an open-plan ground floor that connects the living, dining and kitchen areas, with a private upper level for bedrooms. Large windows and a covered veranda keep the interior cool and bright through Liberia's seasons.
Construction Approach
Reinforced concrete frame with blockwork infill, built in clear phases — foundation, frame, roofing, finishes — each signed off before the next began. Our team supervised every stage on site.
