A purpose-built duplex offering two self-contained homes under one elegant roofline. Designed for an owner who wanted to live in one unit and rent the other, balancing privacy with smart use of the plot.
The Client's Goal
Maximise the value of a single plot with two independent, attractive living units that feel private and premium.
Our Design Solution
Mirrored floor plans give each unit its own entrance, parking and outdoor space. A shared central wall reduced cost while a unified façade keeps the building reading as one considered design.
Construction Approach
Built as a single structural shell to control cost, then finished as two separate homes with independent plumbing and electrical runs for clean metering.
